From an Early Age
Matthew grew up in a small beach town on the Texas coast before earning his BBA degree from Texas A&M University. He started his career at Baker Hughes, spending nearly four years in the oil services industry in Texas before pursuing a more global path. In 2015, he moved to China, shifting his focus to corporate training and development.
After his MBA, Matthew went digital and launched an online global training service, guiding senior professionals worldwide in reaching their unique communication goals.
