From an Early Age
Matthew grew up around business leaders and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. Originally from a small but active coastal town in Texas, he spent much of his time near the ocean — a setting that shaped his curiosity for people, ideas, and global perspectives.
He earned a BBA from Texas A&M University and began his career with the oil and gas company Baker Hughes, where he spent nearly four years as an engineering consultant. In 2015, he moved to China and shifted his focus to corporate training and leadership development. During that period, he achieved notable success across the APAC market, developing a model for public speaking and management communication tailored to global English audiences.
After graduating at the top of his MBA class, he expanded his business digitally to work with a fully international client base. Today, he advises some of the most recognized names in business, policy, and global institutions.
